History of the GLHB
Modeled after the North Carolina Harmony Brigade, the GLHB is a by invitation only quartet outlet for a select group of male barbershop singers. Participation is contingent on continued demonstration of excellence in the barbershop craft and the musical objectives of the Brigade. The members of GLHB will receive 10+ songs to learn over a four month time span. They will all join together the first weekend of June to sing in pick-up quartets for competition and in a chorus show.
The Great Lakes Harmony Brigade was first held in June of 2010.
