Payment Policies Reminder
We strive to have all payments collected and accounted for before the rally starts. It makes it more enjoyable for everyone if all we have to do is sing!
Thank you to those of you who pay your entire registration upfront at the time of registration. We appreciate those who are willing and able to do so and humbly ask all who are able, to please pay the entire registration up front. It allows us to cover the costs as incurred, cuts the accounting work in half and reduces our Rally efforts significantly.
There are two important issues for those utilizing the split payment registration process:
1) The initial payment due with the initial registration is $180.00. Any extras (shirt, single room, donation, etc...) should be made at time of initial registration.
2) The registration balance of $169.00 is due and must be received by September 15, 2024.
Your music won't be made available until either the full registration has been paid, the initial deposit of $180.00 has been paid, or a scholarship arranged.
Refunds for the entire cost (minus $90 for music) will be given to those who find they must cancel prior to the time when we must give the names to the hotel since we are on the hook for the rooms and meals once we communicate that to the hotel. This is typically about 2 months before the brigade date.
A refund for the $90 for music is not available since music is now delivered within a couple days of registration via digital download.
Summary:
1) Full registration payment is requested up front for those who are able.
2) Payment online through the IHB website/paypal
3) Registration Deposit for split payments is $180.00
4) Split registration balance of $169.00 must be received by September 15, 2024.
5) Payments received after September 15, 2024 will incur a $40.00 late payment fee.
